Ch 25.6: Weight and Balance 1: Assembly in Primer: Prep for Engine


Before I order my engine and associated mount, I want to understand what my current weight and balance is without it.   

​Total weight measured for the fuselage/strakes with canard, and wings/winglets (no electrical or engine yet) was 580 lb, which is very close to what I expected. the CG was a little more aft than I expected but could be due to the driveway inducing a pitch up of at least 5 degrees (need to measure this next time I've got it back out on the driveway in this spot).
